After a hard day of UNPACKING box's after box's, Dreamer and I went for another days end ride :-)
This is the front of my yard, walking along the dirt road to get to creek access (until my path down is made) , as you can see the front pasture area is being used at this time for my agility work.   The one with Dreamers Shadow is one path we could take, instead we went to the creek.
you can literally ride all the way to cottonwood town (and I am 15 miles from it) in this direction, The creek in the winter is too high, so we will enjoy it now :-) the middle pic is when we stopped 1/2 across and just admired the view (of course and took the picture)
looking at the embankment you can see where the creek goes to in the winter.   Sun was starting to go down so we headed home, And there is Dreamer waiting to be un-tacked and to receive his big flake of cottonwood grown hay and his carrot for a ride well done. A big thanks to Nichole who owned Dreamer since he was age 3, he is a fantastic horse and her work with him shows he was well loved.  Nichole's off to college, and I was fortunate enough to come across Dreamer, who is MY DREAM come true. Like my colt Cola, a bay tobiano, Dreamer is a horse I can ride alone on down the trails and truly enjoy the ride. Thank YOU Nichole for allowing me the pleasure of owning such a wonderful horse .......
You can always know he has a forever home with me.
